Changing supplier and taking on a new building are the two moments when businesses most often end up on the wrong rates. We handle both.
Changing supplier
Unhappy with service, billing or price? We compare suppliers that can quote for your site, explain the differences and, if you decide to move, arrange the switch to begin when your current contract allows.

- We time the new contract so there's no gap
- Your supply stays on throughout. Only the billing company changes
Taking on new premises
When you move in, the energy usually stays with whichever supplier the last occupier used. Without a contract you'll typically be billed at deemed rates.
- Take meter readings on the day you get the keys
- Tell us the address and takeover date
- We identify the current supplier and arrange a contract in your business name
What we'll ask for
- A recent bill, or the meter numbers (MPAN for electricity, MPRN for gas)
- Your current contract end date, for a switch
- The address, takeover date and opening meter readings, for new premises
- A signed Letter of Authority so we can speak to suppliers for you
