Where we help
- Renewing. Your supplier's renewal price, set against other offers before your notice deadline.
- Changing supplier. If another supplier fits better, we manage the switch and the timing.
- New connections and change of tenancy. Getting you onto a proper contract when you take on a site.
- Out-of-contract supplies. If your contract lapsed, you could be on higher rates. We'll help you move to a fixed contract.
- Several sites. Grouping meters and aligning end dates so renewals are easier to manage.
Half-hourly sites and capacity
Larger users with half-hourly meters normally pay for an agreed supply capacity (kVA). If it's set well above what you draw, part of each bill pays for headroom you never use. Set too low, and excess charges can appear.
We compare your agreed capacity with your actual demand and tell you whether a review with your network operator could be worth it.

Thinking about on-site generation?
Some businesses look at solar panels or other on-site options alongside their contract. We don't install equipment, but we can factor your plans into contract length and type so the two work together.

To get started we need
- A recent electricity bill
- Your MPAN, the 13-digit supply number on your bill
- Your contract end date, if known
- For a new site: the address and takeover date
How we are paid
The supplier you choose pays us a commission, which is included in your unit rate and/or standing charge. We explain it before you agree to anything.
Prices depend on usage, location and supplier checks. How we are paid.
