If nothing is done
When a business contract ends without a new one in place, what happens next depends on your terms:
- Out-of-contract rates, typically higher than a fixed deal.
- Automatic rollover onto a new fixed term, if notice wasn't given in time.
- Deemed rates in premises where no contract was ever agreed.
All three are avoidable with a little planning.
Still in contract?
That's a good time to talk. You can often agree your next contract months ahead. Leaving your current contract early is different and may carry exit fees, so we always check your terms first.
